Deconstructing Stereotypes and Myths

This workshop is intended to provide staff with a safe,open space to discuss common misconceptions surrounding Indigenous people. We will explore the role of literature, film, and technology in perpetuating Indigenous stereotypes. Participants will work in small groups to discuss various scenarios and role plays. The workshop will be held in a sharing circle format and can adapted for virtual presentation.
