Indigenous Wellness Workshop

This workshop focuses on holistic wellness. Participants will be encouraged to explore their own connections to their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well being. Activities include smudging, gentle yoga, guided meditation, storytelling, journaling, and channeling creativity. A wellness bag will be filled throughout the training with various take home items. Healthy snacks and traditional tea included.
